Every individual’s life has turning points where dreams seem shattered and the future uncertain. My journey is one such story — a blend of struggle, determination, and revival. Today, I proudly stand as a Corporate Trainer in Learning and Development, with over eight years and nine months of experience. I am pursuing my BBA from one of India’s top institutions, Amity University, where I have secured the top position three times. But the path to this point was far from easy.
Early Aspirations and the Dream of EECC Talks
My professional journey began with the founding of EECC Talks, an EdTech company built on passion, vision, and the belief in the power of education. As its Founder and Director, I had big dreams of shaping learners’ futures.
However, life took an unexpected and painful turn with the loss of my parents. That tragedy did not only shake me emotionally, but also created overwhelming financial and personal responsibilities. The impact was so severe that I had to shut down my company, abandon my pursuit of English Honours in the second year, and put my dreams on hold.
This period was dark and challenging. Losing EECC Talks and pausing my education felt like losing a part of myself. Yet, this struggle laid the foundation for something bigger — the strength to rebuild my life.
Learning from Struggles
Adversities often carry hidden lessons. During those years of loss and uncertainty, I discovered values that have become guiding principles in my life:
- Self-belief: Even when the world seems to fall apart, faith in oneself can hold everything together.
- Time Management: Balancing personal setbacks and professional responsibilities taught me the art of prioritization.
- Resilience: Failures are not final — they are stepping stones to greater comebacks.
These lessons gave me the courage to start again and explore opportunities in the corporate learning space.
Building a Career in Learning & Development
The turning point came when I entered the world of Learning and Development (L&D). As a Corporate Trainer, I dedicated myself to empowering teams and individuals across organizations. My expertise spans soft skills, leadership development, communication, team building, and performance enhancement.
Over the years, I have worked with professionals at different levels, helping them unlock potential and refine their skills. Training became more than a job — it became my calling.
Parallelly, I decided to return to academics with a new focus. Today, I am pursuing a BBA at Amity University, one of India’s best institutions. Competing in such an environment and emerging first three times has reinforced my belief that determination and consistency always pay off.
Leadership Values that Define Me
True leadership is not about titles or designations — it is about character and actions. My journey has been shaped by five core leadership principles:
- Vision: The ability to look beyond the present and imagine a better future.
- Commitment: Staying true to goals despite challenges.
- Empathy: Understanding and connecting with people on a deeper level.
- Communication: Inspiring and influencing through clarity and confidence.
- Humility: Staying grounded while continuously learning.
These principles are not just theories; they are practices I live by every day as a trainer and leader.
Authoring My Story and Inspiring Others
Alongside training, I have also ventured into writing. My published book, Lagan Ek Rog Hai, is rooted in motivation and inspiration, reflecting the importance of passion and persistence in life.
I am also working on my next book: How to Become a Legendary Leader in Your Organisation. This upcoming work will focus on actionable strategies, real-world leadership insights, and lessons drawn from my personal and professional journey. My aim is to create a guide for aspiring leaders who want to make a lasting impact in their organizations.
A Message to Aspiring Leaders
My story is a reminder that failure is never the end — it is only the beginning of something greater. Life will test you, challenge you, and sometimes break you, but every setback carries the seed of a comeback.
If I could rise after losing my parents, shutting down my company, and pausing my education, then anyone can overcome their struggles. All it takes is resilience, self-belief, and the will to keep moving forward.
To everyone reading this — dare to dream, dare to fail, but above all, dare to rise again. Leadership is not about being perfect; it is about being consistent, compassionate, and courageous.

Conclusion
From founding EECC Talks to facing life’s harshest trials, from shutting down dreams to building new ones, from dropout days to topping one of the best universities — my journey has been a testament to resilience and growth.
Today, as a Corporate Trainer, Author, and aspiring thought leader, I strive not just for my own progress but to inspire others to chase their dreams. My vision is to shape individuals into legendary leaders who can transform their organizations and society at large.
Because at the end of the day, success is not defined by what we lose, but by how many times we rise after falling.
