He has built the Charitrapreneur Movement, a philosophy-driven initiative that connects character directly to business outcomes at a time when most entrepreneurship training focuses entirely on tactics and ignores the inner architecture of the person executing them.
At the same time, he has been composing music. Writing poetry in Bengali, a conscious and deliberate choice rooted in his belief that authentic expression cannot be translated into a more commercially convenient language without losing something essential. Painting miniatures that are not decorative objects but philosophical statements. Publishing books, over 100 of them, across 10 disciplines.
