NEW DELHI, INDIA — Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini, an IHG Hotel, has announced the return of its premier culinary extravaganza, “Chandni Chowk to Rohini 2.0: A Culinary Journey Through Delhi’s Timeless Flavours.” Hosted at the hotel’s renowned all-day dining restaurant, Mosaic, the ten-day food festival runs from September 11th to September 20th, 2026, inviting food enthusiasts to experience the rich heritage and nostalgic street food culture of Old Delhi, reimagined with a contemporary fine-dining touch.
A Gastronomic Heritage Reimagined
Delhi’s food narrative (Dilli Ki Zayka Dastan) is deeply rooted in the iconic lanes of Purani Dilli—a historic hub celebrated for its complex spices, century-old recipes, and signature street fare. Chandni Chowk to Rohini 2.0 bridges the geographic and culinary distance between the historic walled city and North Delhi, bringing the legendary aromas and time-honored cooking traditions directly to Mosaic’s modern ambiance.
Every evening from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM, guests will be taken on an immersive journey through Delhi’s timeless flavors, featuring live cooking stations, fragrant spice blends, and classic regional presentation.

Street Classics: Crispy Bedmi Poori served with tangy aloo sabzi, hot fluffy Chole Bhature, and stuffed paranthas reminiscent of Paranthe Wali Gali.
